These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Aquilas services available at aquilas.one. By subscribing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Aquilas provides an AI-powered video generation service ("Service"). Subscribers receive a set number of AI-generated commercial videos per month, delivered via email, based on product information and images provided by the subscriber.

Agency Pro Plan: 30 AI-generated videos per month at €300/month
Videos are delivered in vertical format (9:16), approximately 1 minute in duration
Each video includes scriptwriting, voiceover, captions, and editing

2. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our authorized payment processor
Prices are listed in EUR and are exclusive of applicable taxes
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Lemon Squeezy customer portal

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 3-day refund policy from the date of initial subscription. To request a refund, contact us at contact@aquilas.one within 3 days of your purchase. No refunds are issued after this period or for partial months of service.

4. User Responsibilities

By using Aquilas, you agree to:

Provide accurate product information and legally owned images
Not upload content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
Use generated videos only for lawful commercial purposes
Not share your account access with others

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive a commercial license to use all videos generated for your account. You retain 100% ownership of the final video content. Aquilas retains the right to use anonymized examples for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise.

6. Service Availability

We aim to deliver videos within 10 minutes of a valid request. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may cause temporary delays. In such cases, affected credits will be rolled over to the following month.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aquilas is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Service. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the most recent billing period.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use Aquilas to generate content that:

Promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
Is sexually explicit or harmful to minors
Violates any applicable laws or regulations
Infringes on third-party intellectual property rights

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice. Upon termination, access to the Service will be revoked immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
